Mj's Bags is an online children's store specializing in difficult to find, popular products. Each product is carefully selected by a Mother and approved by one beautiful little boy! During our selection process, we focused on industry awards, educational value, quality, trendiness, recommendations by Moms and children alike and overall fun play. Our name is our brand. We offer gift bags that fit any occasion: baby shower, new baby, birthday gifts or 'because I love you' gifts. If a product is out of stock based on demand, we apologize for the inconvenience and offer the choice to 'hold this item' until a new shipment comes in.

Delivery Time
All in-stock items will be prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days Monday through Friday.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the product you recieve. If you are not happy with the product you receive, send it back within 10 business days of receiving the item for a full refund, and include the return form. Please notify us within 3 business days of your desire to return or exchange, and we will email you the proper form. Returns are subject to a 10% charge for items shipped free. Please email us at customerservice@mjsbags.com for the proper return form. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
This return policy does not include hand-made items. All hand-made items are non-refundable due to the nature of their authenticity.
Note: Items that smell of smoke, are worn, washed or are in poor condition are not eligible for return or exchange. If items arrive in one or more of the conditions listed, the items will be sent back to you at your cost.
Exchange Policy
In order to make an exchange, send the items back to us and indicate what you would like to exchange using the return/exchange form. Please notify us within 3 business days of your desire to return or exchange and we will send you the proper form. We will contact you if one or more of the items are not in stock. Your exchange will ship back to you via UPS. Please allow 1-2 weeks for exchange processing.

Damaged Packages
Any damaged packages you receive needs to be brought to our attention within 3 business days so we can file a claim with the delivery company.
Canceling an Order
In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your order, and in most instances, cannot be canceled. You may return the item using the return policy above. Sorry, shipping fees are non-refundable. Undeliverable shipments and refused deliveries will be charged the original shipping fee plus a 10% handling fee. Items that are sent with free shipping will be charged a shipping fee of 10% of the order total to cover the cost of shipping back to us.

Pay Pal is a free service for buyers and also uses a SECURE online network. You do not need to register to use Pay Pal. Payment for your transaction will be processed when your order is placed. You may use the following payment options through Pay Pal:    .
Sales Tax
All orders delivered to Virginia will be processed using the standard 5% VA Sales Tax for retail.
